You don't need to put your entire life story on there but it does help to put some details. At the moment there is nothing that makes me think "ooh I'd like to find out a bit more about him". There is nothing that gives me a starting point for conversation.

As for a cock pic? Well you can't please everyone. Some like them, some hate them and others don't care either way. If you do want one then the best advice is to just have ONE! Lots of cock pics are a huge turn off for most people.
