Due to both the regulations imposed in each country as well as the sourcing of the ingredients.

Polish Pepsi is better than British stuff. It also comes in a bigger bottle. Can still get 3 litre bottles of the other famous cola in the Polish shop too.

Usually due to regulations and the cost of certain ingredients as the poster above said. That’s why cadburys is best here as oppose to anywhere else. Other countries use powdered milk and such whereas we use normal. Climate has a bearing too as the shelf life of the product varies depending on heat and humidity etc.

Because junk food in the UK is being messed with to make it 'healthier' - rather than encourage people to eat less they think its better to get the sodium and sugar levels down. Almost all 'regular' soft drinks have had sugar swapped out for artificial sweeteners and snacks and crisps have had regular salt (sodium chloride) replaced with potassium chloride and other lower sodium salts. The end result is that out stuff now tastes 'different', usually for the worse.

I'd say they have access to tastier chemicals that we're not allowed to have.
