Google it. Takes 10 minutes to make and isn’t expensive. You probably have all the ingredients in already.

I’ve had four bits of toast today, I’ve managed butter on them but even still I’m not enjoying it and I’m still hating it, it’s purely because I’m so hungry I’m in pain

Childhood favourite that's easy to cook/ acquire and easily digestible? If you can, a multivitamin too, just to cover yourself (if you haven't already). Maybe dehydration fluids if you're having that issue.

Good! Just thinking in terms of, a thing less likely to cause a reaction, no matter how "bad" it is, plus insurance nutrition. Which is terrible, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

I've been stuffing hot cross buns today as I went to the supermarket hungry

But I also got ingredients for actual food

I've been cooking all afternoon while perving here and having sips of wine

I made chicken stew with dumplings and chunky veg in my slow cooker.

I also roasted some chicken to go with satay sauce that I bought - it will go with stir fried veg which I portioned ready to cook.

I also portioned some salmon fillets to go with the stir fried veg.

My work is done

I don't want to eat any of it - I just want to finish the wine

I had Roast Chicken and currently have four five day old chicks looking at me with barely disguised hostility from under their heat pads. I’m keeping them in the dining room for the time being so sat down and ate right in front of their cage.

I didn’t realise it at the time. I feel very guilty
