For speed and convenience I use Nescafé Alta Rica, it’s a very intense flavour and I enjoy it.

If I have more time then I like to use a cafetière and Taylor’s of Harrogate have a lovely blend called After Dark.

Illy dark roast espresso is my go to coffee fo my Leverpresso manual press. I opt for Asda Extra Special Brazillian blend for my cafetiere at work. Although the coffee I am really waiting on, somewhat impatiently now, will be beans roasted in the home roaster I backed on Kickstarter.

I like my beans ground fresh, if anyone’s offering

But actually, I do and I do like trying different ones. We were in a coffee club and would get different beans sent each month, but there were never enough. So now it’s picking up a bag from different coffee shops.

Speciality, freshly roasted and ground, made by a filter method. Happy to try most varieties.
