That’s what I feel like anyway! 4am and wide awake with the mother of all sore throats.

Have had a sore throat for a couple of weeks now. Was begging to think something had made a nest down there.

No nudes from me.

Plenty of fluids. Hot water with Manuka honey and lemon and regular paracetamol. If it’s really bad you could gargle then swallow liquid ibuprofen. I’m not a doctor and please read all packaging.

Try Chloraseptic ... Little bit pricey but is brilliant for sore throats

Gargle with soluble aspirin or salt water if you can't get any, take paracetamol.

Advice from a doctor I'm passing on from when I had tonsilitis
