I have lady flu!

which as you know is the most serious of all the types the flu!

Can somebody please come up with a cure by 9am.

Echinacea is excellent, you can buy capsules or throat spray at H&B. If you have a blender blend a pineapple (10times more vit C than oranges) with an inch of ginger (antiviral and bacterial properties) & a little water. It tastes yummy too.

Used tae get the flu jag but started takin vitamin C & zinc tablet, 1 a day and av no had the flu in like 4 year now and no been back for flu jag

Have had flu for a week and it knocked me off my feet. Temperature over 102.

Been taking cold and flu capsules from Tesco and then after suffering for 4 days with no sign.. Went to chemist (as per TV advert) and finally docs. Advice. Lots of rest, drink as much as possible and admit defeat. It needs 7days for body to fight it... After that you'll start slowly feeling better.

Day 8 here now and temp gone but rest of symptoms are still with me.

Ive only had flu once in my life and that was when i was a child.

Ive had a couple of colds recently after not having any for a good couple of years

Im going to have the flu jab because apparently it helps to lessen the affects of the common cold.
