Skinny chips

Curly chips

Crispy spicy wedges

Fat chips crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside

Mashed with lots of cream and a touch of garlic

Sauté in animal fat

Crispy potato skin loaded with cheese and bacon

Gnocchi

For some reason, I am not keen on Dauphinoise, even thought it has cream etc. in it.

Has to have this for dinner last night!

The power of suggestion, so can no one post a thread about chocolate please, or I will be doomed!

When baking potato's cut them in half lengthwise, rub the cut surface with a bit of oil and garlic and salt maybe add some rosemary, then bake as normal, the cut surface goes all golden crisp and puffy.
