And where where you? When I was at the gym last week I heard shikara and the track, whenever whereever, it is one of my favourites, havent heard it for years, such a banging tune in the gym setting as they playing it loud. I got a good workout too as well on the day https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=weRHyjj34ZE

When starting wrestling training -

Mouth For War - Pantera, great track when you need that extra push

Sound of Violence/ Born For War - Onslaught, great background tracks

Any by Alestorm for a silly but energising workout soundtrack

Black Eyed Peas - Meet me Halfway

Heard it loads of times before, but it came on the radio the other night when I was driving home and I realised it was actually a bloody good tune

I regularly wank to No Limits by 2Unlimited as it's got a good beat to beat off too. And the lyrics are ready to remember.

West Wales and Cardiff

I found an early Candi Staton tune called For You when going through my records at the weekend.

I’d forgotten about it.

It’s a stunningly beautiful slice of the deepest, deep soul.

Probably nobody will remember this but.. I heard this song the other day.. https://youtu.be/OQA8fSpxQwI

and was filled with a lovely nostalgic feeling.

Turns out it was on a golf programme my dad used to watch in the 80s.
