Do you prefer having a bath or shower?

Why?

A shower as someone said to me once having a bath is like lying in your own dirt water. That stuck with me x

I love a bath to relax but always shower afterwards to clean properly.

There are places the shower hose can reach that just doesn't feel the same level of clean with a bath

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Shower.

I was taught that having a bath is bathing in your own dirt. Only do it if you have a shower after. None of my family has a bath in the house.

A shower

Depending where I have been working I only have to look at the water around my feet to see why a shower was the obvious choice,

I only really have a bath when I have time to relax, Its not often

I prefer a shower, only because I have trouble relaxing and find a bath just makes me a bit anxious lol.

I posted the same thing in a thread recently - that it *felt* like there were dead cells floating about me. Someone helpfully pointed out if I was clean and exfoliated frequently it wouldn't happen.

Never wash my hair in the bath if I do have one. I use lots of bubble bath so makes my hair go dry x

Shower. Quicker, no dicking about with filling the tub, getting the temperature right. No getting in and feeling bored but like you have to stay in it because it took you 15 minutes to run!

Bath to scrub and then jump under the shower to wash my hair and rinse.

Central

I rarely think of having a bath, a shower has become an automatic habit. I used to adore a long, relaxing soak in a bath and if I felt the need for such a wonderful pick-me-up, I'd have another. It's just become largely eliminated from my life, due to habit formation from showering.

The Town by The Cross

I prefer a bath for lots of reasons.

Those who say that bathing is bathing in your own dirt , are perhaps very susceptible to suggestion.

Im clean. My bath water is clean. I just like to rinse the day away and don't want to do it in a shower where i'm part warm part cold.

Chams or Socials

A deep, hot bath for pain relief but a spacious shower for cleaning, especially washing hair
