"Any kind of managerial/work speak: Touch base Thinking outside the box Blue sky thinking Upskilling Ugh! The reality is if you were to think outside the box in the work place you'd probably get a disciplinary or fired.

"The phrase "I'm not being rasict but.." which 100% guarantees the rest of the sentence will be rascist." See I start my sentence like that with the Muslim we work with and it’s me genuinely asking a question about his faith etc, I probably word it wrong but he is a lovely guy and he understands that I don’t have much experience around other cultures and I am honestly hand on my heart interested in his beliefs etc, it’s not like I ask all the time but I have started a sentence that way but it’s purely out of my own ignorance about other cultures, I wouldn’t obviously say it to a random person I don’t know but with someone I’m comfy with that understands me, he doesn’t mind because I’m trying to broaden my knowledge. ""Vaping" - it's a fairly recent one but fuck me if everyone isn't a vaper nowadays and love talking about their flavours and battery length and nicotine dosage. I'm sorry folks but the fact that there is nicotine in these things make them addictive, couple that will nice flavour and no longer stinking of tobacco and I would say they have potential to be more addictive than cigarettes. I thought you started to use vaporizers as a way to move away from cigs and eventually cut smoking out altogether, now vaping seems to be cool. Cigs used to be cool, then they started putting nasty images on packets to put people off them as they are actually pretty bad for you. Vaping is untested over any real time and could actually be harming you in a totally new way that hasn't been worked out yet. Sorry, rant over " Theres nothing worse than walking into a cloud of raspberry ripple flavoured breath!! Thomas the tank engine looking pricks lol!!!
