If its the first time youve done them/done them deep in a long time you're always gonna hurt as the muscle doesnt usualy get used that way and your tearing up all the cross linking. What's your skin thickness and cutting goal ? I'm aiming for 1.8 kg fat which should equate to 1-2mm skin thickness Current loss rate 500g week so 3 more to go | |||
