Depends on the message if it’s a nice polite one we would always reply, if it’s a ‘ wanna fuck’ type message we will delete!

Mostly I ignore them, unless the message really grabs my attention or is from someone I'm already talking to. I don't get that many when I have my filters tight though.

I mostly delete without reply.

I used to try and reply to everyone but I got fed up of abusive responses or people whining and asking "why not" and trying to persuade me otherwise.

The naughty side of me sometimes wants to play with them, like a cat would with a captured mouse, but to no end

A delete is therefore a much better option (for both of us)

Delete.

My filters are usually always on. On the rare occasions they're off and someone messages its deleted because if I answer it renders the filters useless when I turn them back on.

But it's not like I don't give fair warning, I always post a status update telling people not to bother messaging when they're off, so if they choose to ignore it that's their fault.

I try to always reply, sometimes I forget. It's just who I am. I will say no thank you not for us but can see if you get loads why you don't reply.

It does take time tho. I used to want to reply to all but that was impossible really especially on first joining, just too many. Not so many messages now which is a good thing.

If it's a 'good message I will always reply even if it's thanks but no thanks

It depends if I’m in the mood to risk the potential reply a “thank you, but no thanks” is going to get.

When you do type that, they usually get really defensive and say something along the lines "I wasn't going to ask to meet anyway. How up your arse are You?!" Best not to reply

Theres a few of us on this thread saying about the abuse we get if we reply, why do men do that? Why cant they just accept a polite no thanks.. some of the abuse I have had back was horrible... like you’re a fat ugly *** anyway I was just desperate to empty my sack...

its a shame on the good guys as we dont bother replying now..
