Yeah, stripped 4kg of fat after not hitting the gym for over 4 months, firstly for crippling sciatica then kidney stones. Now clean bulking (around 3500 calories a day) and smashing the gym. Cardio is currently a little limited as it genuinely bores the piss out of me. I throw rounds of skipping into my daily workouts, and occasional tabata rowing machine and bike to work. I'm a fair weather cardio kind of guy, waiting for it to warm up a bit. | |||
