head is now out of the freezer and defrost in the bath with 2 legs that i forgot about ready to be cooked up tomorrow

Been out for a 4-mile round trip walk with the dog, now resting in front of the lappy and TV.

Off to sort out some of my camping gear in the garage while there is still light.

Then I shall start thinking about making dinner - pan-fried salmon with a soya sauce based sauce, rice and blanched iceberg lettuce with oyster sauce.

Then I shall make a minestrone soup for me and my work colleagues.

Tidied up my peg and guys bag, and it is now half the volume and weight than it was before.

Got rid of the cardboard boxes that I accumulated while I waited for my new recycling bin to be delivered.

Got rid of a big boxful of junk mails and other papers, plastic bottles and other items for recycling.

So a good afternoon for me.

Just having a little rest before I start cooking dinner for myself and then make soup.
