Slow cooked beef in red wine gravy with shallots x although I'm so hungover it will probably be a carvery visit

Funnily enough op I’m having boneless turkey breast roast today , the other half of the Xmas roasts, and today with stuffing and cranberry sauce too ,

Proberbke last tomorrow and maybe Tuesday too lol

I’ll admit I love a dirty roast chicken dinner, it’s relatively cheap and I tart it up with pigs in blankets and I put the moist maker streaky bacon slices on the bird to ensure it’s both crispy of skin and juicy of meat.
