In the morning?

I am talking chicken eggs but we can talk Easter too if you like!

I am thinking Royale, and salivating- how do you have yours, when you arent eating cereal?

Large egg boiled for a little over three minutes - perfect dippy yolk with a touch of salt

White toast left to cool slightly, lurpak butter and cut into soldiers

I said royale!

I also like them cracked into an avocado half and baked in the oven with some crispy crispy bacon crumbled over the top!

Poached ideally with a runny yolk over some bacon and avocado (although I’m off meat for lent).

Or scrambled mixed with strawberry jam!

Cheese muffin lightly toasted, real butter, slice of ham, poached egg on top with a little pepper and brown sauce on the side.

Egg poached so it oozes over the ham and muffin when you cut into it.
