Yes I’ve used it for my dodgy knees and when I remember to take them it really helps x

1000mg I buy the capsules as I find them easy to take , a friend of mine has fibromyalgia and it helps her too , just don’t get the cheap stuff it’s not worth it mine are usually around £40

I did some research into the effects of vaping it for asthma. It all looked positive so I gave it a try. Since I’ve been using it along side my regular preventive inhaler, I’ve had to use the salbutamol less often

I know 2 instances where people with cancer have been told they don’t have long to live then baffled the doctors by the cancer just reducing and disappearing. One of them being my best friends mum. Coincidence or not. Personally I don’t think so. It certainly needs more research for sure.
