Well I have had the same line manager for 21 years, he retired yesterday, so we have a week before the new site manager starts the job, so time to contemplate how things will go, will we get on ok will he be a pain in the arse right from day one ??? time will tell, I have been there 19 years this year.

Who has had a new boss and how did things go ?
