Just had to ring British Gas about a 500 quid gas bill...ouch...to add insult to injury they put me on hold and played Coldplay down my ear....Grrr...

Sounds like the time I (mr) broke down and phoned the AA only to be put on hold and have a bit of madness "I've been driving in my car" played as the hold music.
