This time next year....

After watching this programme it really made me think about how huge things are truly possible with total commitment and vision..

People losing half their body weight, winning medals, learning to walk..

I'm a huge procrastinator.. partly down to anxiety and lack of concentration.. but there are many things I could improve on if I committed! God I'll want a medal just for finishing decorating my kitchen right now!!

So what could you do that you've always dreamed of by this time next year?!?

Hiding in the shadows

My goal for the next year.

The compete in a powerlifting competition, get to the British Finals, obviously I'd like to win.

But doing the training, and just being the best I can is all I can do x

As a procrastinator myself, trying to improve in this area or my life, I'd hope that this time next year I won't be saying "this time next year."

Nothing worse than realizing if you had just started six months ago you'd be there now, or at least almost there now.

It's the best! So much more to experience. Best memory is a crystal clear waterfall pool in the Caribbean years ago. Since then stressed way too much about amassing figures in a bank account and not made them work for me. Hence three trips this year! Memories

To take a month out and travel across Japan.

It's been my dream to do such a thing for years now and I have some rough plan for routes, things to do, places to see. I just need to bite the bullet and commit to doing it. But I don't think I'm brace enough just yet, aha.

If I sat and thought about the things I could have achieved by now I'd be depressed off my head

Only thing to do is not feel sorry for yourself and tell yourself your journey starts now.

Although saying that, I'm literally procrastinating on here right now
