One of my fab friends has a social coming up tomorrow.... bit they've done something a little silly.... they have eaten a Salmon and Garlic Mayo sandwich.

They are now dreading turning up to the social tomorrow with garlic and fish breath!

What can they do to neutralise the smell... any advice is gratefully passed on

Tell the person they are meeting. They may say garlic doesn't worry them, or they can eat garlic too so they can't smell each other

They need to brush their teeth as per normal and don't go and breath in people's faces, as per normal.

Should get them through it okay
