This morning when I woke I didn't feel at all good about myself. After spontaneously deciding to buzz off my beard I felt significantly better and the day has been quite a positive feeling one since then. I'm gonna get my hair cut in a couple of days so god knows how much of an effect that'll have on me

Still a work I progress, however I have a really bad mental image of myself. In my head I'm still the skinny bullied kid who left school. Sometimes pleasantly surprised when I look in the mirror..

I close my eyes when venturing near a mirror. Very interesting when shaving.

"Do you like what you see? Are you body confident? "

Not really. I’ve watched my face age and was never happy with it anyway so I see all the imperfections. My body has started to let me down as well after surgery and treatment left it’s mark. I am not body confident at all but I’m working on it.

Sometimes I love it, others not so much. If I'm not overindulging and actually taking care of myself I do like how I look in the mirror, I'm not too bad.

Not really, I need to put on some timber and that involves going to the gym, so it’s easier to avoid the mirror.

Depends on the day. Some days I really like how I look and others I home in on all my insignificant little flaws. I like how I look naked better than with clothes on. Clothes aren't made for my height and shape and I look a bit crap.

If having difficulty looking in the mirror, I learned from an amazing teacher at college, write a note to yourselves stick it next to the mirror.....for example, " your amazing and unique so smile" it does help ....

I wouldn't say I am ecstatic at what looks back at me I guess but I was born with brains above looks so I will make the most of what I have. Besides guys on here aren't that fussy so to hell with it.

I look, I see wobbly bits, see the pre kids body I once had... Then give my head a shake and give myself a little talking too... I'm so blessed to have grown some amazing people inside this body and still survived...

A little smile.. Then back on my way.
