Basildon

So today is my 26th birthday and I would love to know what everyone's favourite birthday present they've ever received is!?

I'll kick it off, mine was a remote control speedboat when I was 8! Miss that thing!

Hefty Hideaway

As long as I have my nearest and dearest presents aren’t the highlight of my birthday.

The best present I received was a song dedicated to me by a local band who played on a sunny afternoon filled with dancing, prosecco and my friends in the park last year. It was Gay Bar. Beautiful.

Probably my bracelet that I got from my nan on my 15th birthday, my birthday was in the July and she died a little less than a month before, she went out after my grandad passed away just six weeks before her to get me that gift, I think she knew she didn’t have long left, I was heartbroken when I lost it, she never did anything like it before and meant so much, I wish now I wasn’t a moody teenager and looked after my things better.

Awww cheers! It's a piece called Fridthjofs Saga, 150 years old and it was from my ex last birthday. It was going to be a wedding present to me when we got married but sadly we never quite got there but great pressie all the same
