I don't really have a sweet tooth but he other week I did make some lovely nectarines in a pan, added some honey, softened them up and a little charred, then flambed with rum.. served with some fresh vanilla ice cream

Warm- Chocolate Fondant.

Cold- Cheesecake. But it will have to be pretty good because I make amazing ones!

Omg the Muller corner ones!? I loved them too. The way the chocolate sauce was marbled through the yoghurt made them even better.

Apparently the name spotted dick was named as King Richard had lots of black heads and his chef put a layer of warm pastry on his face and when taken off it pulled the black heads out!!!

So I guess spotted dick is off the menu now lol
