When does a compliment become fawning ?

It’s a fine line between paying a lady a compliment and kissing her ass. I like to keep them on their toes by complimenting the perkiness of their tits, but I then follow it up by saying their beef stew was to peppery and needed dumplings. Women enjoy the push/ pull effect.

So ladies what compliments do you like to hear and when does it over step the mark and become too much ?

And gents what compliments have garnered the best results and what fawning went tits up ?

We get messages saying I’m ‘gorgeous’ yet they haven’t actually seen my face.. I could look like the back end of a dumper truck! They have no clue! So therefor it’s not a compliment and I won’t be swayed by it!

Dont really take a compliment of my tits lol just says to me yes I know what you want, now compliment me on how good I look in a nice dress ... might get you somewhere if there is an attraction hehe x

I’ve been told I don’t take compliments very well as I always play them down!

On here they get ridiculous though!

No way I’m I stunning, gorgeous, the hottest etc etc!

I don’t mind ‘realistic ‘ compliments - but OTT ones to me seem insincere and make me either roll my eyes (if it’s in a message) or feel awkward (if it’s in person)!

I honestly don't know what goes through a mans head when he sends these types of messages, especially when there is no face pic on show.

I get so many 'wow, you are stunning' etc, mostly from men who do not meet what I am looking for as is almost always the case!

It seems what a woman wants or is looking for on here is nearly 95% ignored, which I will admit pisses me off some what!

Recently ceased communication with someone that was too complimentary. Felt like I’d thrown a bag of kittens in a river but the compliments were too much. Sexy this and sexy that all the time.

I’d much rather be completes on my wits or my intelligence.

I like compliments when they are not too often but when given they are sincerely meant. I can't explain what ones they are but ach. It's in how it's delivered and when. It moves over to fawning when it's a bit... well intense. You don't know if they are adopting a persona and delivering the lines or meaning it.

Most compliments leave me feeling awkward, especially if they are about physical attributes....not because I don't like compliments but I can't abide useless ones I prefer a compliment on something I've done or worked hard at from a person who actually knows me.

However I wouldn't say it if I wasn't attracted to the woman.

Some women believe the bullsh#t though. I have chatted with women who told me they're stunning,because "men have told me on fab"
