It is a chastity cage. I am running an experiment on myself based on a number of discussions on an offsite forum which requires a period of minimal penile stimulation, which the cage ensures.

Most of this time I am aware that it is there but it is not uncomfortable. When the penis starts to engorge it does become slightly uncomfortable but not especially so.
