It's been a strange old day grub wise - I've been really nibbly and craving food that isn't great for me

Brekkie was 2 toast and a banana

Lunch was a croissant and some fresh mango

I sneaked a bag of chip shop chips in about 4pm, followed by a McDonalds Chooccy milkshake

Tea was a Quorn sausage roll (or 2) and 2 tangerines

And I've just scoffed my own body weight in gingernuts

Hoping for a better Sunday
