I'm bored so I am starting my own religion and wondered if anyone on here would like to join?

Unlike all others, we have the freedom of doing whatever we feel like doing (within limits) and still go to paradise in the afterlife :D

I've often thought that, people like L Ron Hubbard, The reverend Moon made an absolute fortune. Although I give the Waco type thing a miss.

It not like they convinced the average Joe. I reckon I could live on 10% of Tom Cruises earnings alone.

With a religion you need a god like figurehead and disciples from the past or the modem era, who are you thinking of?

Religion, as a concept nice and if people are happy living their life fearing a God then good luck to them.

Personally I believe it's a form of mind control.

I also believe God is within, follow your conscience and you won't go wrong.

Don't think I will do it this time round, but some good advice is to keep it clouded.

Use the Emperors new clothes logic so that only those inteligent enough can see the god figure. Harsh rules with easy opt out clauses gives good connection to your membership, therefore increasing the oppertunity to collect... And always always remember that for every rule that exists there must be at least seventeen exceptions
