6 motn old virgin wifi box

Well it seams to have given up on life, the light on the box is normally green, but it's now white, the WiFi items in my house can see it is there, but nothing is connecting up to it, anyone had this problem ?

Have you tried switching it off and on again and hitting it with a stick?
