Camberley occasionally doncaster

Not sure which is worse. Last shoulder workout (I can barely lift my arms now) or my great idea to put Thai chilli in my post workout protein smoothie..

This was deliberate..I would probably put more in next time.

Blueberries

Banana

Milled linseed mix with goji berries

Protein powder

Thai chilli

Natural yoghurt

Milk

Peanut butter
