Favourite sandwich filling?

I made a little bit of an exciting Discovery just after Christmas.

Bacon, hash browns, mushrooms and brie all tightly wrapped up in a lovely fluffy tortilla. Even the memory of it makes me dribble!

Nowt wrong with salad cream. Just like Vesta curry's it was considered to be a bit of a 70's throw back. Now it's a condiment thats finally having the recognition it deserves.
