Do you have a dog ?? Maybe a long walk on a route you dont normally take.

Or just a walk if the suns out . Appreciate nature . As a kid I used to take a pen and paper and write down every creature I saw and log it . Weird I know, but before interweb and phones, I loved it

I have a dog but she can’t walk far she’s 16 , and walks like that are much more fun wen my sons around he’s at school
