How do you rate your culinary skills? What will you cook for the forum members? " I’m reasonable. 7/10, I’d say, on a scale of burns boiled eggs to Michelin starred dining. I’d make baked Dover sole with a lemon, caper and mustard dressing, chilli-wilted spinach and spring greens tossed with chopped walnuts and little herby, buttery new potatoes. I’d follow that up with my blackcurrant clafoutis with tarragon whipped cream. I need food now. | |||

Took ten minutes to throw together - total experiment with what I had in the pantry - and it was lush! | |||
