Can you delete a “looked at” someone done this to us and didn’t realise this could happen! Thoughts? Xxx

No - you can't delete it, but they've either gone UNLOS or gone into 'Ninja' mode ('hide on looked at me' in account privacy settings) which will stop it showing.
