Its to do with the cooking process. Biscuit translates from french to English in google translate is "twice cooked" where as a if you put jaffa cake in google translate from French to English, you still have a jaffa cake..

I hope that clears it up totally.

You can get lime Jaffa cakes now. I don't believe that should be allowed. I'm sure it contravenes a Jafa cake law.

I dont eat them at all. Too much chocolate and bad for teeth.
