"This debate has been going on for decades but I'm curious to know your views on the current state of the media such as BBC, channel 4 news, sky etc. And whether you feel like they're a reliable source and that you can trust them to tell the truth." Can you handle the truth?

"I only trust Mulder The truth is out there... Scully is alright too but nit as trustworthy " I remember in the early episodes her scepticism was such that she could have been slapped in the face by a grey skinned, bulbous headed alien with an anal probe and still say it was probably a hoax!

"Every source has an angle and biases, it's inevitable. It's up to us to filter that. Some may be more reliable than others. " A good way to check for facts is by checking the story on both sides and picking out what was common in both

If one side believes that Australia is an international hoax and the other believes it's a country, the former side should be laughed out of the room. Critical thinking and evidence are required.

"The press can no longer be trusted to be biased in there reporting and it becomes more and more obvious. Years ago, when a news story developed they got experts in to interview or eye witnesses...now all you seem to get is reporters interviewing reporters and trying to sensationalise through the way they express themselves in the hopes that people don’t see through the lies and misdirection."
