The very best way is

Understand it takes time and patience, understand you will need to lose more fat than you realise

Understand that you have over a m2 of skin , that for a 1 mm reduction you need to lose 1kg of fat

Understand weeks could go by feeling hungry but not seeing where the fat has gone even though you know it's gone from somewhere

You cannot spot reduce , fat wells on the handles to a greater depth other skin needs to reduce to stimulate the loss where you want

Eat varied, avoid processed, increase protein, reduce carb ,avoid refined carb,

Exercise comfortably and sustainably, if this means 1 3 min walk every day that's fine

I've lost 6 stone, 23 to 17 stone a

by cutting down on foods pretty much to 1 meal a day now, cut potatoes out of my diet... I just can't eat them now.

Was a size 14 shoe size now a 10... Didn't know your feet could shrink.

44 waste to a 36 and t-shirts XXL to a L .... also moobs are almost gone

Yeah well done! I've lost quite a bit. Was a 34 waste now a 32. Just got some these handles to shift. At the moment I can't do sit ups as my back is in half.

Sit ups won't do it, as others have said... you can't choose where the fat moves from, it just goes a little bit from everywhere.

Yeah I I've been on a diet also and I workout. My job is good cardio also.
