"Am I one of the few that just don't understand the hype that surrounds her? I find her music dull, and voice incredibly flat/monotone." I’m not really a fan of her music either

"Am I one of the few that just don't understand the hype that surrounds her? I find her music dull, and voice incredibly flat/monotone." Another couple of words I could have used to describe her voice too

"Nah, I don't watch that shite" It was very good as always but no cringey moments unfortunately. It's in its 39th year now.

"I think woman should be as natural as the day they were born. I don’t see the point in makeup when real beauty is unseen." I like wearing makeup

"I think woman should be as natural as the day they were born. I don’t see the point in makeup when real beauty is unseen. I like wearing makeup " Yes I do but I'm just not quite sure what message she was trying to send out. And to be called inspirational song Just for taking her makeup off in public seems a bit extreme.

"I think woman should be as natural as the day they were born. I don’t see the point in makeup when real beauty is unseen." I don't like very heavy make up on me but I like the way I can change my make up according to my outfit and achieve a different overall look. Most make up doesn't conceal real beauty

"No I don't think it's inspirational. Woman should be allowed to feel comfortable in her own skin and not be told that she is brave or an inspiration if she dares to take her makeup off in public. " Fair point. Some women wear make up due to scars or other issues. X

I think to be honest anything that promotes women having choice and being able to be who they want to be is a really good thing but I just think this is a publicity stunt and nothing more. But she is a role model and an icon to a lot of young women so hopefully it will be perceived as a positive message. I'm just a bit cynical and yes you are right the word Hero and legend is very overused as well.

I expect that will inspire the producers of that product...

I've seen girls (and boys) as young as 9 in primark discussing make up and how to contour. Some of them do it better than I can lol Normalising the natural look will only happen by grand gestures such as this. Seeing people they idolise baring all (not literally all obviously)
