So you have a rotten cold. You cannot treat it. Just treat the symptoms. Paracetamol, fluids, rest, vaseline for the sore bit on your nose. Wait for it to pass.

Oh...and wash your hands when you blow your nose, and cover your mouth when you sneeze. Don't be sharing your cold...

Yes but are you man enough to take it?

Clove of garlic chopped into paracetamol sized chunks and swallowed with water (No chewing though).

I swear by this. If taken early enough stops sore throats/runny noses from progressing into anything worse.
