What food can literally make you gag at the mere thought of it?

Does the squeekyness of mushrooms on your teeth make you back

Perhaps the moistness of baked beans makes you heave

As in cooked alone.

Raw its licious.

In Dahl or curry or salad it's licious.

In a wrap its licious.

Cooked and served as a green it's fucking vile.

I actually like tomato - it's just ketchup that freaks me out.

Mind you, I literally gag at lots of raw textures even when I enjoy the flavour .... so love fruit juices, smoothies, mousses, cordials, sweets and jellies etc ... but would never be able to chew and swallow an orange segment or a strawberry because the mouth feel is all wrong

I recoil at the taste of kirsch in something like a Black Forest gateau. I love fresh cherries but really don’t like artificial cherry flavourings.

I’m the same with anything flavoured with almonds such as marzipan or Bakewell tarts. I can eat almonds but something about the taste changes when they have been crushed or are in liquid form such as an almond essence.
