Unless you've uploaded it to a service who have a privacy policy regarding image theft. Even then, it's extremely difficult to prosecute. It's no longer a case of stealing the actual image data. It can be screenshot, which greys lines of ownership. The simplest way to look at it is, that if you don't want it spread around the internet, or potentially shared around publicly....don't upload it. | |||
