"if you have bt internet, you'll find it there - I had similar issues with them, and when I found the number, I left for sky instead." I went to set up my billing online and couldn't complete the process without my account number. I dialed up to find out what it was and was told they can't give it out for security reasons and i would receive it on my next bill. | |||

DON'T FOOKIN PRESS ANYTHING...and eventually someone comes on the line and says, "Hello, how may I help you." What a simple concept. " I eventually spoke to someone when i dialed the number to cancel my services :D | |||
