Any of the Ealing comedies, or Norman Wisdom films (Bulldog Breed is particularly good) - but my absolute favourite from that era is I'm Alright Jack which is absolutely brilliant - social commentary, satire, comedy all rolled into one superb film

I really enjoy Will Hay films. Have been watching them since I was little and they never get old. My favorite is The Goose Steps Out and Oh'Mr Porter.

Also enjoy Norman Wisdom, The Marx Brothers.. I could go on.

Old Black and White films are timeless.

My favourite b&w film- The Ladykillers.

Addendum - the film wasn't black and white but my TV was when I saw it

Addendum - the film wasn't black and white but my TV was when I saw it

He was also in the remake of The Triffids. That was crap too.
