All depends on what you want to do with it...

If it's going in a sandwich then I like a bit of honey roast. If I want it hot with some parsley sauce and mash then a nice ham hock fits the bill and you can't go wrong with a nice slice of gammon with pineapple and chips. Might have the last one for my birthday tea tonight now I've made myself hungry.
