Bicarbonate of soda from the supermarket or pearl drops charcoal toothpaste.

Hiding in the shadows

My Nana swore by good old fashioned salt.

It works, tastes bloody awful though.

I use a coconut husk charcoal powder once a week. Have to really rinse well after but my teeth are sparkly white
