It's simply because I got woken up by the TV shooting and bombs going off . Film redtails was on, as I somehow turn onto the TV control.so I got up had cornflakes and toast and now fully awake

to be honest I generally operate on about 3 to 5 hours sleep a night, you got to make the most of those days off
