So Barbie Dolls are soon to be available with a prosthetic leg, yet Action Man has never had a penis.

So much for equality, if you could get a Ken with a colostomy bag it would be a start.

Also.... Barbie has no VAGINA or nipples so it's pretty equal there.

In all seriousness this is a great thing for them to do. When we were little my sister had perthesw disease and to have ankle to groin fibre glass plasters on both legs with a broom stick attached between the ankles. Every 6 weeks she had to have the distance between the ankles increased. She was in a wheelchair for 17 months.

The staff at the hospital put her tiny tears doll in the same plasters to help her understand what was going on. And us I guess. I know it's not the same as a permanent disability but I can understand why barbie have decided to do it. I do believe that male dolls should have the same.
