Hope restored.... And there's a but ....

I'm finally Getting there eventually I've been able to hold a conversation with a pretty awesome woman we've been talking to eachother now for about a day and a bit and she's pretty interesting and she's interested in me .... We are having a few laughs and discussing what we could be doing.

But I know for a fact I don't stand a chance I'm not that lucky.

We'll just have to wait and see.

Why does there have to be a but? Just enjoy the conversation and see where it leads. You seem like You have set yourself up to fail, before you've even tested the waters. Go in with a realistic head, but not a defeatist one and good luck OP

Well things seem to be getting good, she's definitely keen to meet soon ... And I've told her she can say the words and I'll be over when she needs me and she says it will be soon , fingers crossed X

A tip, fakes are more likely to engage in a conversation than authentic people. Real people using their own pictures will just delete your message or tell you no thanks pretty much instantly. Unless they really are interested of course, just be careful.

She's wanting to date/meet first which is something I'm happy to do ... We've got loads in common so fingers crossed X 2 days we've talked so I have high hopes but if it doesn't happen I'd be happy as is knowing that there are women out there that are unique and don't follow the usual crowd.

Good luck! Hope it all works out.

I've been chatting to a guy for a few weeks now! Been a long slow burn but we have progressed from Fab, to Whatsapp to being fb friends! Chatting lots on messenger! He's even told his Dad about me lol, not sure if that's good or bad.

But we have arranged a social for next week,meeting up with our dogs and going for a walk.

He has a beautiful Malinois, I have a German Shepherd lol. Should be fun!

I'd recommend either a phone call or better still a video chat on Kik maybe ... Then you know they are who they claim to be.

well she doesn't have Kik and I don't have Snapchat but she's thinking on giving me her number ... I'm not seeing her until I know for real... I just don't jump in head first...but if she isn't who she says... There is a block and report button and I can handle myself and move on. ... Just have to wait time will tell.
