About 20 years ago I was in a card shop and saw a valentines card for the pets.

Also Valentines cards for family members! Seriously!

That’s when I realised how commercialised it had become. And that some people have strange relationships.

I saw, in Marks and Sparks, a Valentine's card with "To the world's greatest Son" presumeably mums send them to their son's - seems a little odd to me; I get it that a mother will love her son but, I've always thought of Valentine's day being a way to express romantic love.

Anyway the Welsh Patron saint of Lovers , St Dwynwen. It was her day in January , so we did the whole card and chocs thing then
