So after years of depression, becoming a father (again) and finding myself becoming a little lazy, I've found that I had packed on a few pounds.

After everything I thought enough was enough and decided I was gonna do something about it and after becoming more active and eating a little better, I've managed to lose a few stone since last year.

Now I've started noticing a flatter stomach and better body shape and it's all making me feel so much better, I may not be the best looking guy around but right now I feel like an absolute sexy motherfucker

Good effort OP! Keep it up S is currently working on ditching the Dadbod, and is definitely feeling the benefits.

Haha Im always watching something to do with food, the challenge is to try and make what you see in healthy way.

Great job OP

I've just started Slimming World and I'm only a week in but I'm already feeling better and healthier just because I've changed my diet so drastically.

Tomorrow is my first weighing so I'm hoping for a biggish number off the scales but actually it's more about just generally eating healthier.

Good for you pal. Getting fit and healthy but more importantly seeing the difference whatever that is and ultimately making yourself happy takes hard work. Doesn’t need to be much but whatever makes your happy that’s all. That endorphin kick is a bloody drug too!

I started 10 days ago, really pleased with my 1st weigh in result, especially as the odds were stacked against me, pre existing events wise!!

I'm hoping for 4 or 5 off to be honest but I'm not sure how realistic that is and maybe I should lower my expectations.
